Michael Ginsberg, Esq. and the firm of Pattison, Sampson, Ginsberg & Griffin have been featured in both national and international media outlets with regard to a recent lawsuit seeking to recover for the destruction of 20+ years of groundbreaking solar energy-based research. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is suing its cleaning contractor for causing an estimated $1 Million in damage after a janitor interrupted the power to a freezer storing scientific research in a lab on the Troy, New York campus.
