Liberty University Partially Settles Title IX Lawsuit

It has been widely reported in the past 24 hours that Liberty University, a Lynchburg, Virginia Evangelical Christian university, has reached a settlement with several former students and employees who sued the college for its mishandling of Title IX issues going back to 2005. The terms of the settlement were not released but the facts of the case are similar to what many colleges and universities are facing today.
