Pattison Sampson Wins Discrimination Trial
Michael E. Ginsberg, Esq. obtained a favorable trial verdict of dismissal in McInerny v. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Plaintiff had alleged discrimination in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
